Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exception – Event Postponement or Rescheduling:
In the event that the scheduled event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified promptly via email and/or our official communication channels. Under these circumstances, you will be given the following options:
- Retain your ticket for the rescheduled date – your ticket will remain valid and can be used on the new event date.
- Request a refund – if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within a specified period, which will be communicated at the time of the schedule change.
Please note: Refunds will only be issued for rescheduled or postponed events. We do not provide refunds for any other reason, including personal schedule conflicts, travel issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry to the event will be permitted for the full duration of the show. Attendees who wish to leave and return must ensure they retain their event wristband, stamp, or ticket, as required by venue staff for re-admittance.
Please note:
- Re-entry is subject to security checks upon return.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse re-entry to any attendee who violates event rules or engages in prohibited behavior.

Lost or Stolen Goods Policy
All attendees, vendors, and participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings and goods while on the premises of the event.
The event organizers, venue staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, including but not limited to merchandise, equipment, personal effects, or valuables.
We strongly encourage all individuals to:
- Keep personal items secured at all times
- Avoid leaving belongings unattended
- Report any suspicious activity to event staff or security immediately
By entering the event premises, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your property. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all.
Vendor Cancellation Policy
Vendors may cancel their participation and receive a full refund of any fees paid up to two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event date.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to www.contact@firststatecardshow.com no later than 14 calendar days before the event to qualify for a refund.
No refunds will be granted for any cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the event, regardless of the reason.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a smooth and successful event for all participants.
Trade Show Dispute Policy
We are committed to creating a respectful, professional, and collaborative environment for all participants. To ensure issues are handled efficiently and fairly, the following Dispute Policy applies:
1. Scope of Disputes
This policy covers disputes between:
- Exhibitors and organizers
- Exhibitors and attendees
- Exhibitors and other vendors
- Any other trade show participants where event operations or agreements are involved
2. Initial Resolution Efforts
Participants are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably and directly when possible. Most issues can be addressed quickly through open, respectful communication.
3. Filing a Formal Dispute
If direct resolution is not possible, a formal dispute must be submitted in writing to event management at contact@firststatecardshow.com. Please include:
- Names of all involved parties
- A detailed description of the issue
- Supporting documentation or evidence, if available
- Date and time of the incident
4. Review Process
All formal disputes will be reviewed by event management. We aim to respond within 5 business days. In complex cases, further investigation may be required, and a resolution timeline will be communicated accordingly.
5. Decisions and Outcomes
Decisions made by event management are final and made with the best interest of the overall event and its participants in mind. If a party is found to be in violation of event rules, appropriate action will be taken, which may include:
- Warnings
- Loss of vendor privileges
- Removal from the event
- Restrictions from future events
6. No Retaliation Policy
We maintain a strict no-retaliation policy. Participants who file a dispute in good faith will not face retaliation or penalty.
Vendor Arrival and Departure Policy
To ensure a smooth setup and breakdown process, all vendors are required to adhere to the following arrival and departure guidelines:
Arrival
- Vendors may arrive to begin setting up their booths no earlier than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled event start time.
- All setup must be completed no later than 15 minutes before the event opens to the public.
- Upon arrival, vendors must check in with event staff at the designated vendor entrance for instructions and booth assignments.
Departure
- Vendors may begin breaking down their booths no earlier than one (1) hour prior to the scheduled event end time.
- Early breakdown is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by event management.
- All vendor materials must be removed from the premises within two (2) hours after the event concludes.
Additional Notes
- Vendors must keep their booths staffed and presentable throughout the duration of the event.
- Failure to comply with these arrival and departure times may result in penalties or restrictions from participating in future events.

Attendance Policy
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the duration of the event. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following policy is in effect:
Code of Conduct
Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment or abusive language toward staff, vendors, or other attendees
- Intoxication or substance abuse
- Interference with scheduled programming, vendor operations, or event logistics
- Failure to comply with staff instructions or event rules
Right to Remove
Event management reserves the sole right to deny entry to or remove any attendee from the premises without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of this policy.
This decision will be made at the discretion of event staff and is final.
Reporting Concerns
If you witness or experience any disruptive behavior, please report it immediately to event staff or security.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
